If there’s one person at the office who can keep us all on track, it’s Lydia.

As our Director of Operations, Lydia runs the day-to-day business operations of de Novo. She also works behind the scenes to make sure projects stay on time and on budget, and that your goals are communicated to the rest of the team. With over a decade of account management, media planning and operations experience at her back, Lydia knows exactly how to get your next project off the ground—and see it through to completion.

Whenever she has a break from work (and email), Lydia relishes the chance to travel—especially for concerts—and spend time with her family and dogs.
