Working closely with the Digital Strategy Lead, the digital marketing coordinator plays a central role in interpreting clients’ business objectives into digital-focused strategies. This person will provide daily/weekly/monthly analyses of client campaigns and identify opportunities for continued development and optimization. Under the direction of the Digital Strategy Lead, this position will execute both paid and organic digital campaigns and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of said campaigns.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and messaging
- Analyze campaign data, audience insights, and key performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Track and report on marketing performance, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to account managers and clients
- Manage social media strategies and monthly content calendars, including posting and monitoring
- Analyze and report on social media performance, offering optimization recommendations
- Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends, AI and other tools and technologies, and integrating relevant innovations
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and customer journey automation for personalized, data-driven communication
- Regularly participate in client meetings to present insights and recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Digital Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work-related experience, in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role (1-3 years preferred)
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content strategy
- Experience using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience across major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SnapChat, TikTok) is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Data-driven mindset with a knack for analyzing metrics and turning them into campaign recommendations
