Uncover & Understand
Psychological testing and evaluation services help diagnose developmental and behavioral health concerns across the lifespan, which is foundational for treatment options. Primary care providers, school counselors, and family members are among those who typically identify the earliest signs and symptoms and make referrals for care. These were the audiences Meadowlark needed to reach.
Ideate & Implement
We opted to do a direct mail piece geared towards referral partners. The message reiterated the importance of psychological testing and evaluation with the headline “Better outcomes begin at Meadowlark.” The design stood out and captured attention.

Refine & Refresh
In the two weeks after healthcare providers, schools, and other community organizations received the mailer, direct traffic to the website’s Psychological Testing landing page increased by 57%. Over the course of four weeks, it increased by 55.32% and engaged sessions on the page jumped 109%.
We also saw a significant impact on the Contact Us page. Direct traffic increased 66.7% in two weeks, 38.6% over four, and engaged sessions were up by 90%.
The success of this campaign inspired us to do another mailer, this time focusing on telehealth services.
The second mailer outlined Meadowlark’s telehealth services, emphasizing the convenience of virtual therapy and medication management across Iowa. Speaking directly to referral partners, we reiterated how Meadowlark’s services would benefit their patients, students, and families.
The statewide telehealth mailer led to 35 referral submissions in the first few months. We also saw a 16.1% increase in site traffic the month the mailer dropped, and a significant jump in engagement rate—up to over 60%!

The Refreshingly Meaningful Part
By reinforcing Meadowlark’s credibility and expanding awareness of both psychological testing and telehealth services, we helped open new pathways to care across Iowa. The results weren’t just site visits or clicks—they were in steps taken, conversations started, and care received.
