A born marketer, Jen has 30+ years of experience and served as VP of Marketing for Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois before joining de Novo. Since then, she’s charted our course, overseen big projects, and received major recognition. She’s part of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry’s (ABI) 10 Leaders to Know in Iowa and the Corridor Business Journal’s Top Business Leaders in Iowa.

Jen is a go-to for crazy ideas that work, propelling businesses and organizations forward.

She’s always envisioning the next big idea, but she’s also looking for pileated woodpeckers as an avid bird watcher and looking for ways to better our area as a community advocate.
